I can provide a superbill if your insurance provider is not one that I accept. A superbill is an invoice for services received that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Initial Assessment Session (50-minutes): $225

Individual Therapy Session (50-minutes): $200

I also have limited sliding scale spots available on Open Path.
