Group Therapy

Perhaps your child has anxiety about meeting one-on-one with a new adult for individual therapy. Or maybe your child prefers to be in a social setting with other children their age.

Group therapy is a great solution for children and teens in which individual therapy doesn’t feel quite right for them, or for children and teens looking to supplement their current individual therapy work.

Group therapy helps children and teens…

  • Develop social confidence

  • Cultivate interpersonal communication skills

  • Build positive peer connections and influences

  • Reduce overall stress

Group therapy sessions are offered based on client interest and engagement.
